Return Eligibility
Vehicle returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 3–7 days after delivery (or as specified in the purchase agreement)
The vehicle has been driven no more than 200 miles after delivery
The vehicle is in the same condition as when delivered
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the vehicle must:
Have no damage, accidents, or modifications
Be returned with all original documents, keys, and accessories
Not have been used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes
Pass a full inspection by Texas Choice Auto Sales
Refund Terms
- Refunds may be issued as:
- Full refund minus fees, or
- Adjusted refund based on vehicle condition and mileage
- The following fees are non-refundable:
- Shipping and delivery costs
- Registration and documentation fees
- Any third-party service fees
